1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
• The return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used, washed, or altered items
• Clearance
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Products marked as non-returnable

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect or missing

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. The customer must send the order number, all order details, and the item to be returned as part of the return request
2. The return request must be sent via the approved email or mobile number
3. Return requests without complete information will not be accepted
4. After reviewing the request, return instructions will be provided via email

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

8. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

9. Abuse & Fair Use

Swiss Tactical reserves the right to:

• Reject excessive or suspicious return requests
• Limit return privileges in cases of policy abuse
